Let’s be real .. house hunting comes with a few surprises
Over the years, we’ve seen & heard some things that definitely didn’t make it into the listing photos.
>> A “finished basement” that felt more like a haunted escape room
>> Backyards that look peaceful - until you realize it’s a full-on wooded adventure
>> Chickens casually roaming the property like they pay the mortgage
>> A “very” bright kitchen … cabinets, walls, and all
>> Floor plans that make you question every life decision (laundry in the garage?)
>> Carpet.In.The.Bathroom. (we need to talk about this one)
And of course…The classic: “Looks amazing online, feels very different in person”
But that’s all part of the process .. and honestly, it makes finding the one even better.
The key is having a team that helps you laugh through the chaos, spot what actually matters, and guide you home with confidence.
