Dave is orignally from Ohio but has resided in Georgia for the past 20 years. Dave is a Co-Owner of Mortgage Solutions and is also a Loan Officer and DE Underwriter. Dave brings decades of experience and knowledge to solve difficult loans. He prides himself on having direct and effective commuincation and an attention to detail to make the loan process as smooth as possible by addressing issues on the front end of the loan. Dave has a unique ability to problem solve difficult situations. Dave is married to Amanda Tallman and has 4 children, Shelby, Lexi, Jojo, and Drew. Dave is actively involved in all his kids lives, he is a Dance Dad, Football Coach, and #1 fan of all his children. Being from Ohio, Dave is a die hard Ohio State fan and in what little free time he has, he enjoys hanging out and spending time with his family.

Christian is originally from the Galvinston Texas area but has resided in Georgia most of his life. A Graduate of North Cobb High School, Christian began is mortgage career at Exclusive Metro Mortgage in Smyrna Georgia and quickly arose to be the Branch Manager before deciding to start and open Mortgage Solutions of Georgia with his Partner Dave Tallman. Christian is a true industry expert with decades of experience in sales and loan structuring. He prides himself on always treating all his clients and applicants with the utmost respect and care. Christian is married to Eutoka Bland and has 4 children, Andrew, Elijah, Parker, and Alicia. In his spare time Christian enjoys cooking, spending time with his family, and on occassion brewing his own beer.

Ken began his mortgage career as a Loan Officer in 2003. He started in Atlanta shortly after graduating from the University of Georgia before moving back to the Thomasville area to be closer to family. He takes great pride in being readily available to his clients to ensure a quick and successful closing for all parties involved. With many years of experince, he brings problem solving abilities and time management skills to every loan. He knows the loan process in and out and is happy to walk you through the process of purchasing or refinancing your home any time. Ken is married to his wife Tindall and together they have two daughters, Garner Wells and Allie Beth. He attends FBC in Thomasville and his spare time is spent with his family and watching college football. Go Dawgs!

Miriam was is from Crawfordville Florida and has lived in the Thomasville area for the past couple of years. As a Mortgage Processor she enjoys working with clients through their home buying or refinancing journey. Miriam works with the applicants and the underwriter to ensure the required documentation is complete. She assists applicants through the documenation process to ensure a quick and timely closing, providing timely updates as progress is made. Miriam enjoys working with clients and is always their advocate, working long hours to ensure a successful mortgage transaction. Miriam is newly married and enjoys spending her free time outdoors with friends and family.

Kelly resides in Kennesaw Georgia and brings years of mortgage experience to Mortgage Solutions for Georgia.  In the mortgage industry, Kelly has literally done it all. She has held the roles of Processor, Underwriter, Closer, and Compliance. She has performed various duties of all parts of the mortgage process for nearly 20 years. As Operations Manager, Kelly has her hands on every single loan file that closes in our office. She is often times the person behind the scene resolving issues and smoothing the lending process making it easirer for our clients to get their loans closed on time and at record speed. Kelly is married to her husband Nic and together they have one child Addi. In her free time Kelly enjoys attending the Atlanta United Soccer games, camping, and spending time with her family.

Margie brings a wealth of knowledge to Mortgage Solutions after working for a family and criminal attorney as a Para-Legal for nearly 20 years. As a Client Support Specialist, Margire performs various duties for our offcie which include sending out loan disclosures, verifying employment, ordering bank wires, and performing post closing duties. 0Margie is the glue that holds us all together and we are very fortunate to have her a part of our Team. Margie is married and has one Son Adam, and resides in Rockmart Georgia.

Wendy hails from Michigan, has laid roots in Colorado, but feels honored to call Georgia home for the past 10 years. Wendy has 8 years of experience in the mortgage business and has facilitated the path to home ownership for may families in the State of Georgia. Wendy is an excellent problem solver and loves helping clients through the mortgage process with a big ole smile on her face. Wendy currently resides in Woodstock Georgia with her Husband Chris, their two childen Landon and Shayla, and their caravan of rescue cats.
